Thank you for your interest in contributing to this year's 8th Doctoral Colloquium BIOENERGY AND BIOBASED PRODUCTS on the September 10th to 12th,  2025. Please complete the online form to submit your contribution by April 30th, 2025. 

Please observe the following guidelines when creating your abstract:

  • Max. 2,300 characters (including spaces)
  • Please use the given structure: 1. introduction, 2. approach / methods and 3. results / outlook.
  • You can find an example of the final layout of your submission in our conference reader here

We will check all submission after the deadline and get back to you as soon as possible regarding the next steps.

Please note: The participation fee has to be paid even if you are accepted as a speaker!

Advice on content and structure of your abstract

Good points to include in the abstract would be: Introduction, approach and methods, resuts as well as a conclusion or outlook. Do not forget to include information on literature sources if applicable.

Publication of our conference reader

After the event, we will create a conference reader with all approved presentations and posters. The reader will be shared with all participants and uploaded to the DBFZ website as part of our publication series. Please let us know which parts of your contribution you allow us to publish.
